Established in 1936
Boldmere Golf Club was originally established as a 9 hole course in 1936. The additional 9 holes were designed by Carl Bretherton and added in 1972.
Pro-Am
The club boasts the oldest Pro-Am event in Europe, with top professionals joining the competition since 1952. Click below to see the 70th special programme.
Lowest round of 56
R.Bardesley from Moor Hall Golf Club scored a 7 under par, off the white tees, in 2010 which stands as the lowest round at Boldmere.
Par for the course
At 4395 yards off the white tees (par 63), and 437 yards off the Ladies Red Tees (par 66), Boldmere is a short yet challenging course with a number of tricky par 3’s. A new winter blue course of 4154 yards has recently been introduced for all golfers.
